As well as Spiritual Guidance, I also teach Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction and Compassion-Based-Interventions at my own Centre, Lavender Cottage Mindfulness in Co. Meath where I hold courses and Day Retreats. My practice is Contemplative, inter-faith and I teach with an understanding of the growing knowledge of neuroscience.
