My approach is one of gentle, deep, contemplative, constructive and non-judgemental listening; exploring the ‘sacred’ and celebrating diversity. (Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside, awakes. Carl Young). My client base is rich and diverse and embraces people from all sectors of society/church. This includes people from many marginalised communities including the LGBTQ+ community, the Spiritual Independent, and others where people are seeking to find their spiritual home in a context that can be exclusive and sometimes hostile.
In 2024 I self-published “God comes to us disguised as our life.” Exploring this Belief through Spiritual Direction. I am a dad and a grandad.
I trained as a Spiritual Director with Anamcharadas 2004/2006 and since then I have been engaged in their training programmes in various capacities. I am a full member of AISGA, Anamcharadas and of Spiritual Directors International. I accompany people in person and on Zoom.
